By a vote of 18 to 5 (8 abstentions), Kinsella Policy #1 was voted into effect:

All transactions are final. If an owner performs an undesired transaction, that is their own fault and any owner that benefits from this mistake shall not be required to rectify the aggrieved owner or compensate them in any way.
